HIA - HOTEL INVESTMENT ADVISORS is a consulting company led by professionals with nearly 25 years experience in the hotel industry in Brazil and internationally. The HIA team consists of consultants with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in hotels, large hotel companies, hotel development companies and consulting companies in Brazil and in other countries.

The partners of HIA, Ricardo Mader Rodrigues and Manuela Gorni, were the first in Brazil to offer specialized consulting services for the hotel industry, including operating analysis, market studies for new hotels, valuations and strategic planning for hotel groups.

Our group prides itself on its dedication and approach used in its consulting activities, aiming to understand and meet our clients' needs and objectives, while maintaining our role as independent advisors.

We have continuously expanded our range of services to the hotel industry in order to better serve our clients. To this end, we established an strategic alliance with CHM - Capital Hotel Management a consulting company based in Boston and with several other offices throughout the United States. Currently, CHM provides asset advisory services to a portfolio of hotels and resorts with a combined total of approximately 8,000 rooms, located in the United States and Caribbean.
