CHM was formed in 2000 to provide asset management services primarily for third-party investors, as well as for its own portfolio. Presently, CHM provides asset management services for hotels and resorts, including properties under construction, with a combined total of approximately 7,000 rooms. These assets are located in major markets across the U.S. and the Caribbean and are valued at more than $1 billion.
Examples of CHM's asset management services include monthly financial statement analysis, competitive market position monitoring, capital expenditure review and approval, return on investment analysis and cash-flow forecasting.
